The March is back!

from Leeper Park to the Morris Center
South Bend, IN
SCIENCE, NOT SILENCE (STILL)
Last year, we came together to call attention to the value of science and the benefits it provides to our communities and our political leaders. This year, we’re doing it again. We will march on April 14, 2018. Join us to show your support for science-based policy, for adequately funded research, and for active communication among scientists, policy makers, and the public!
ON APRIL 14, 2018, WE WALK OUT OF THE LAB AND INTO THE STREETS. AGAIN.
We are scientists and science enthusiasts. We come from all races, all religions, all gender identities, all sexual orientations, all abilities, all socioeconomic backgrounds, all political perspectives, and all nationalities. Our diversity is our greatest strength: a wealth of opinions, perspectives, and ideas is critical for the scientific process. What unites us is a love of science, and an insatiable curiosity. We all recognize that science is everywhere and affects everyone.
The March for Science is coming to South Bend!
If you would like to volunteer for the South Bend satellite march, please use this form to tell us who you are and what you want to help with. We are grateful for your time and respect the fact that most of us are volunteering in addition to full-time jobs, so we have provided a space where you can indicate the number of hours you are available per week.
